Processing Time

At Rustic Klass, we take pride in preparing and shipping your orders with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rustic Klass is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please reach out to the carrier directly or contact us for assistance in filing a claim.
